Shipping policy

Custom dyed pieces can take 4-6 weeks to ship, as we have to build up orders before we can justify making a batch of dye. Shipping time is on top of that. Please note that by placing an order you agree to accept this wait period, as well as usual shipping times. 

For domestic orders - packages can take up to 21 business days to arrive during normal shipping times (this does not include during a pandemic). 

For international orders - packages can take up to 3 months to arrive (delays may be longer during the pandemic). International buyers are also responsible for their own countries customs and duties charges.
